One-sided views risk blind spots. The Councilor picks group or solo mode by issue weight, with up to two sub-topic levels. Packages set Program name and budget (confirmed by executives only; can be left blank) plus a draft execution plan; after human approval, they can become PathPilot Programs.
Review disagreements and positions behind decisions
Recording only final decisions makes it hard to trace how positions differed. The deliberation tab logs each advisor's position and challenges round by round, keeping disagreements and debate history verifiable.
Present comprehensive reports with open disagreements
Glossing over dissent creates friction during execution. The council report delivers recommendations alongside the full deliberation trail; position matrix, open items, and rulings are previewable and exportable. Listening to audio summaries is optional when speech synthesis is enabled.
