Terms of service

These terms apply when you access ReadyForAI’s site (readyforai.com). Using the site means you have read and agree to them.

1. Purpose and content

This site introduces the ReadyForAI product system and intent canvases — Agent governance, private deploy, product overviews. All content, including LLM-assembled live canvases, is for reference only and is not technical advice, compliance advice, or a sales contract. Written communication with sales or legal controls.

2. Your commitments

You agree to:

• follow PRC law and the law of your jurisdiction;
• not flood intent queries with scripts, load-test the service, or bypass rate limits;
• not attempt prompt injection, SQL injection, XSS, or other attacks;
• not impersonate others on forms or spread false information;
• not scrape the site for resale or competitor training sets.

3. Intellectual property

Designs, copy, images, code, product names, and logos (including AULO, PathPilot, HeronSentry, and the other six products) belong to ReadyForAI or are used under license. No copying, modification, republication, or commercial reuse without written permission.

Open-source pieces (Next.js, Drizzle, and so on) follow their own licenses.

4. Contact forms

Information you submit via /en/contact or in-site CTAs:

• we reply by email within one business day;
• used only for sales follow-up, technical questions, or partnership — not marketing mail or ads;
• reply to any email to stop follow-up and we stop immediately;
• retention and deletion are in the privacy policy.

5. LLM-generated content

Live canvases are assembled by large language models (filed domestic providers and overseas-compatible models). Output may:

• contain factual errors (hallucination);
• over-generalize your specific scenario;
• cite outdated features or pricing (latest written comms win).

We filter high-risk claims (roadmap, pricing, performance, customer lists) but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Report errors to [email protected].

6. Availability

The site is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance is announced on the site and emailed to leads; we are not liable for emergency maintenance or third-party outages (LLM, CDN, and similar).

7. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ReadyForAI is not liable for indirect loss, lost business, or data loss from using this site, relying on a live canvas, or submitting a form. If a clause is held invalid, the remainder stays in force to the extent allowed.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should be negotiated in good faith; failing that, the people’s court with jurisdiction at ReadyForAI’s place of registration.

9. Updates

We may update these terms. Material updates change the date at the top and are emailed to leads. Continued visits mean you accept the new terms.
