AULO (Agent Unified Loop Overlay) is the unified human–Agent collaboration interface for ReadyForAI: inbox, console, projects, chat, knowledge, council, and alerts in one view. Browsers connect to the AULO gateway; domain state for tasks, alerts, compliance, and council stays in PathPilot, HeronSentry, OwlAudit, PrismCouncil, and LarkScout. AULO handles aggregated display, action forwarding, and notifications—it does not execute Agents or embed an approval engine.

Sign off cross-system approvals in one inbox
Approvals spread across systems get missed. PathPilot escalations, OwlAudit HITL approvals and PrismCouncil execution packages land in one inbox, filterable by lane. The detail view shows the trigger chain and matched policy. Approve, reject, defer or reassign; decisions are written back upstream. OwlAudit defines and evaluates approval policy.

Complex multi-agent pipelines make it hard to spot bottlenecks or timeouts in time. AULO renders PathPilot task pipelines to display predecessor dependencies, stage runtimes, and timeout alerts, helping teams intervene as soon as a stage stalls.
Investigate agent anomalies without leaving the workspace
When agents fail, engineers often switch between separate monitoring tools to locate traces. HeronSentry alert lists, rules, and trace search render directly inside AULO's alerts view alongside the inbox and console. Alerts stay on the alerts view and do not enter the inbox.
Organize and access project docs by category
Scattered specs and plans make it hard for collaborators to locate the right context. AULO organizes project documents across plans, designs, implementation plans, and reviews, with upload, online preview, and trash restore. Documents retain no version history.
Handle pending actions on mobile browsers
When team leads are away from their desks, urgent approvals often stall. Mobile browsers can access the H5 workspace to review inbox items, chats, council sessions, projects, and Agent details. This is a web interface, not a native app.
Collaborate with agents and record decisions
Cross-project chats easily tangle and decisions get lost. Chat by project with Coordinators, or start cross-instance discussions with Agents from multiple instances where hosts mark decisions. View same-instance discussions here in read-only mode. Replies are relayed via NodalOS. AULO does not run models.
